摘要
为解决条烟输送设备输送线电机空转造成的电机、输送链带和导轨使用寿命短、浪费电能等问题,采用成本管理方法对设备进行了改进。改进后,通过设计相应的电控系统和控制程序,改进电机控制系统,有效地解决了电机空转运行造成的电能浪费、电机、输送链带和导轨使用寿命缩短的问题。改进后,条烟输送设备每年节约用电22083.75kw·h,输送链带和导轨磨损率、电机损坏率均有不同程度的改善,减少了维修时间和维修频次,既节约了成本,同时又提高了设备效率。
In order to solve the problem of short working life of motor, conveying chain and guiding rack as well as the waste of power consumption caused by idle running in the cigarette carton transportation system, the equipment was improved by the way of cost management.According to the original design, the start and stop of the motor was controlled in manual mode.Under the production mode of three shifts per day, motor keeps running for consecutive five days in one week except weekend.In the upgrading control system, the above mentioned problem caused by idle running was effectively solved by designing and modifying relative electric control system and control program.After improvement, the annual power consumption of the carton transportation system was decreased by 22083.75kwh. The wear rate of conveying chain and guiding rack as well as motor damage rate were reduced with different levels.Maintenance time and frequency were reduced as well.Cost was saved and equipment efficiency was improved at the same time.
