摘要
在卷烟机组中准确剔除不合格烟支,保证机器的正常运行和产品质量成为各卷烟机生产厂家急于解决的问题之一,笔者从剔除电磁阀选择、气路要求、加速开关级的应用、剔除阀的触发时间的选定等六个方面提出了解决该问题的办法,并通过实际运行后效果良好。
It is one of the urgent problems for cigarette making machine manufacturers to deal with how to eject the unqualified cigarette from cigarette machine combination to ensure the machine running normally and the products qualified. In the paper, six elements, such as the choice of ejecting electromagnetic valve, compressed air requirement, application of accelerate switch units, the triggering time of ejecting valve are researched to solve the problem, and it's approved to perform properly in practice by adopting the suitable parameters.
