摘要
本文通过机械粉磨对热闷法钢渣的胶凝活性进行研究,采用激光粒度仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对经机械活化后的热闷法钢渣进行表征分析。研究发现机械粉磨能激发热闷法钢渣的潜在活性。在超细粉磨的过程中,不仅钢渣粒度逐渐减小,而且部分物相的结晶程度也有所降低。利用活性因子法评价了经活化后热闷法钢渣的胶凝性能,结果表明:随着粉磨时间的延长和钢渣粒度的减小,热闷法钢渣的胶凝活性显著提高。
The effect of mechanical activation on cementitious activity of steel slag with hot steaming method is studied, the steel slag with hot steaming method were characterized by Laser particle size analyzers, XRD and FE-SEM. The results show that the potential activation of steel slag with hot steaming method was activated by milling. In ultrafine milling process, not only particle size of steel slag decreased, but also partly phases crystallinity decreased. Active factor method evaluated cementitious property of steel slag. It turned out that with extension of milling time and diminution of steel slag particle size, cementitious activity of steel slag with hot steaming method significant increased.
