摘要
目的:探讨国产钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的护理配合。方法:配合医生采用国产钬激光机经输尿管镜或膀胱镜治疗泌尿系结石患者68例。结果:输尿管中、下段结石31例全部排尽;输尿管上段结石10例中有8例全部排尽,膀胱结石27例全部粉碎,无1例护理并发症。结论:运用正确的护理,国产钬激光治疗泌尿系结石疗效满意,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective：To explore the nursing cooperation of domestic holmium laster lithotriptor in the treat-ment of urinary calculi. Methods：patients illed with urinary calculi were treated by the Ho：YAG lithotriptor made in Hefei Anhui Province through the Ureteroscope. Results：The stone-free rate was 100% in the middle and distal ureteral calculi,80% in the proximal ureteral calculi,the stone-free rate of bladder calculi is 100%,no nursing complication.Conclusions：The nursing cooperation of right and individual features is very effective and safe in treatment of urinary calculi to opt domestic holmium laser lithotriptor ,it should be popularized.
