摘要
目的 探讨钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法 利用VersaPulseSelect钬激光机经输尿管肾镜或膀胱镜治疗 365例泌尿系结石。结果 1 2例肾结石和 32例膀胱结石患者均一次碎石成功 ;32 1例输尿管结石患者单次手术结石粉碎率为 96 3 % (30 9/ 32 1 ) ,平均结石排净时间 2 5周 ;平均手术时间、术后住院天数分别为 2 2分钟、2 5天。术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症。结论 钬激光碎石是治疗泌尿系结石一种安全。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ho:YAG laser on urinary calculin.Methods 365 cases of urinary stone were treated through ureteroscope or cystoscope with Versa Pulse Select Ho:YAG lithotriptor.Results 12 cases of kidney stones and 32 of bladder stones were fragmented after a single session.The overall successful stone fragmentation rate of ureteral calculi was 96 3%(309/321).The mean stone free time was 2 5 weeks.The mean operation time and post operation hospital stay were 22 minutes and 2 5 days,respectively.No major complications such as perforation were encountered in operation.Conclusion Ho:YAG lithotripsy is an excellent and safer treatment modality of endourological surgery.
