改良后外侧小切口在肺癌手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨改良后外侧小切口在肺癌手术中的应用。方法:96例肺癌患者,随机分为两组,50例采用传统肺癌手术(传统组),46例采用改良后外侧小切口术(改良组),回顾性分析两组临床资料。结果:改良组切口长度、手术时间、术后出血量、术后引流量、术后住院时间等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良后外侧小切口在肺癌手术中具有微创的优势,合理掌握其手术适应证,可明显提高患者生存质量。 Objective:To explore the modified lateral small incision application in lung cancer surgery.Methods:96 patients with lung cancer, were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases of lung cancer with traditional operation group (traditional group), 46 cases with modified lateral small incision surgery (improved group), two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The length of incision, blood input, operative time, postoperative chest drain, postoperative tube time, postoperative hospital stay in improved group were superior to those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.O1).Conclusion:modified lateral small incision in the lung cancer surgery with the advantages of minimally invasive, reasonable grasp the operation indication, can obviously improve the quality of survival.
