摘要
目的应用改良后外侧小切口进行全髋关节置换术,并且评价其疗效。方法1999-03～2006-03采用改良后外侧小切口入路,行全髋关节置换76例81髋。其中男52例56髋,女24例25髋。手术切口全长约7～12cm,根据需要适当延长切口,扩大应用范围。结果76例患者中有56例患者获得随访2个月至5年,平均3.5年,临床效果满意。结论改良后外侧小切口全髋关节置换术具有创伤小、组织损伤小、减少患者对手术的恐惧的优点,有利于功能恢复,减少了并发症的发生。
Objective To introduce our experience of clinical application of a modified small posterolateral approach in miniincision iotal hip replacement.Methods From Mar, 1999 to Mar, 2006,76 patients （81 hips） were subjected to total hip replacement via small posterolateral approach in mini- incision （MIS THA）. The length of incision was range from7 to 12cm.Result The 76 patients were followed-up for 2 months to 5 years. Neither systemic nor local complications had occurred with in averaged 3 years and 6 months of follow- up. Therapeutic result was satisfaction.Conclusion MIS THA could be indicated in selected patients with hip disorders. The advantages of MIS THA are mini-tissue damage, milder operation time, less the patient＇s sense of trepidation to the operation.
