摘要
介绍数控曲面刨床的改造原理及技术研究,给出了使用触摸屏和手摇脉冲发生器来控制多轴运动控制器,执行设定的数控程序,实现联动功能,进而完成所需曲面的切削加工。
Based on the reconstruction principle and technology research of NC Radius planer,this thesis presents the application of the touch screen and Manual Pulse Generator( MPG) to control multi-axis motion controller,which can implement the setup NC program to realize linkage function,thus the required curved surface cutting is achieved.
