摘要
针对彩色显象管垂直偏转线圈绕线机的控制要求,设计了基于GT400-SV运动控制器的专用数控系统,实现了精密绕线、排线及辅助动作的程序控制。硬件系统采用NC嵌入IPC的开放式体系结构,软件系统采用模块化设计,实现了系统的开放性。
The design of NC system based Winding on GT400-SV motion controller for Vertical Deflection coiling machine of colour picture tubes is presented in this paper. The winding and assistant action is controlled according to NC program. The hardware system is based on NC-embedded IPC open-architecture, the software system is modular-programmed, and so the system upgrade is easy.
