10 0只艾维因肉仔鸡随机分为 5组 ,每个组设 4个重复。第 1组喂标准饲粮 ;第 2 ,3,4,5组喂低有效磷(0 .2 0 % )饲粮 ,分别加植酸酶 0 ,35 0 ,5 0 0 ,6 5 0FTU/kg ,饲养试验分两个阶段 :0~ 3周 ,4~ 6周。试验期为 5周 ,观察各组肉鸡的营养物质表观利用率、胫骨质量、血清化学指标的变化 ,研究低有效磷饲粮中添加植酸酶对矿物质代谢的影响及作用机制。试验结果表明 :在低有效磷饲粮中添加植酸酶对矿物代谢有一定积极影响 ,以植酸酶最大添加量 6 5 0FTU/kg组的效果为最佳。
four-day-old birds were randomly divided into five groups, each with four replications. In group 1, broilers were fed on basal diets with inorganic phosphorous as control. While in groups 2, 3, 4 and 5, broilers were fed on low-P basal diets, in which microbial phytase was added at the concentrations of 0, 350, 500 and 650 phytase units per kilogram of the diets respectively. In the five-weeks trial duration, the balance of phosphorous, calcium and crude protein, tibia strength and its mineral composition, and the mineral concentrations and alkaline phosphatase activity in serium were measured to decide the efficacy of phytase added in low-P diets. The efficacy of the 650 FTU/kg group was the best in all low-P groups.
