植酸酶对北京红鸡蛋用母雏生产性能及血液指标影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 480只1日龄北京红鸡蛋用母雏随机分为8个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复15只鸡。玉米-豆粕型试验日粮分为3个磷水平,即TP=0.5%、0.6%、0.7%,在TP=0.5%时,每公斤日粮分别添加500FTU、750FTU、1000FTU植酸酶,在TP=0.6%时,每公斤日粮分别添加500FTU、750FTU植酸酶。结果不同处理间0~6周龄雏鸡平均日增重差异极显著(P<0.01),而日饲料消耗量及饲料转化率差异不显著(P>0.05):从血液指标看,不同处理间血磷、血钙、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)差异均不显著,但血磷低的处理组,一般ALP水平相对较高。 One experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary phytase on the growth performance and blood index of layer chicken. 480 sexed 1-day-old chickens were randomly ar- ranged to eight treatment with four replicates and 15 chicken per replicate. Three kinds of basal diet were fed, with TP=0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%. In addition, phytase 500, 750, 1000FTU/Kg were added to TP=0. 5% basal diet; 500 and 750 FTU/Kg were added to TP=0. 6% basal di- et; Thus resulting in 8 treatments. The difference of average weight growth among the treat- ments is significant (P<0.01), but the feed consumption and feed convention is no significant (P>0.05). The level of plasma calcium, plasma phosphorus and alkaline phosphotase .ALP) , was unaffected by treatment, where as chicken of treatment with low plasma phosphorus had higher plasma ALP activity.
