摘要
文章介绍了环首都贫困带信息资源开发的现状,分析了贫困地区对于开发信息资源的重要性认识不足、在信息资源的开发和利用上极不均衡等问题,从提高对信息服务资源开发的重视程度并加大投资力度,将信息服务资源的开发利用与经济发展紧密联系,加快信息网络的基础建设,以及加强对信息服务者和使用者的培养和教育等方面提出了解决贫困带的信息资源开发利用问题的对策。
The paper introduced the present situation of developing the information resources in the poverty belt around Beijing. Some practical problems were analyzed, including that the importance of developing the information resources was not recognized in the depressed area, and the development and utilization of information resources were unbalanced. Countermeasures for developing and utilizing the information resources in the poverty belt around Beijing were proposed, such as increasing the importance and investment, closely linking the development and utilization of information resources to economic development, speeding up the construction of infrastructure for information network, and strengthening the cultivation and education of information servers and users.
