摘要
目的:分析国产胶原蛋白缝线在普外科手术使用的效果。方法:对230例普外科患者的手术切口使用国产胶原蛋白缝线缝合,观察伤口愈合情况并进行分级。结果:230例手术患者中,手术切口甲级愈合210例、手术切口乙级愈合20例,无发生切口裂开及愈合延迟现象。结论:采用国产胶原蛋白缝线缝合切口安全可靠,愈合良好,适用于普外科手术,对减少患者伤口感染和避免拆线给患者带来的疼痛有使用和推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of domestic collagen absorbable suture in general surgery. Methods The incisions of 230 general surgery patients were treated with domestic collagen absorbable suture, and then the healing conditions were observed and graded. Results Of all the 230 patients, 210 ones had their incisions with grade A healing, and the remained 20 ones had the incisions with grade B healing, with no incision disruption or delayed healing occurring. Conclusion Domestic collagen absorbable suture is reliable and effective for general surgery, which can decrease the rate for infection and eliminate the need for stich removal.
