摘要
目的研究角膜移植拆线前后血液、泪液免疫功能与角膜移植排斥反应的相关性。方法２６例角膜移植患者拆线前后血液中ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞百分比，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ含量测定及泪液中ＩｇＧ、ＳＩｇＡ含量测定。结果角膜移植患者拆线后第２、３天泪液ＩｇＧ含量与拆线前比较有明显增高。拆线后发生排斥反应患者泪液ＩｇＧ含量及血液ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值较无排斥反应患者为高。结论泪液ＩｇＧ含量及血液中ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值可作为预测角膜移植排斥反应的指标；
ObjectiveTo study the correlation between the immune function of blood and tears,and corneal graft rejection during suture removal.MethodsIgG and IgA levels,CD 4 + and CD 8 + percentage in blood,and IgG and SIgA levels in tears were measured before and after suture removal in 26 corneal transplant recipients.ResultsThe level of IgG in the tears of corneal transplant recipients undergoing suture removal was significantly increased during the second and third day after suture removal,compared with the levels present before suture removal.The levels of IgG in tears and CD 4 +/CD 8 + in blood were significantly increased during the rejection period,and were higher than those found in patients without rejection.ConclusionThe IgG level in tears and CD 4 +/CD 8 + in blood are measurements that predict corneal graft rejection,especially for corneal transplant recipients whose sutures are going to be removed.
