摘要 研究了海绵铜常压-加压两段硫酸浸出工艺。结果表明,海绵铜在室温、液固比6∶1、浸出时间1 h的条件下,铜常压浸出率约50%;常压浸出渣在120℃、液固比9.5∶1、浸出时间3 h、氧分压0.4 MPa的条件下,铜加压浸出率99.4%,常压-加压两段总浸出率高达99.7%。 The two-stage sulfuric acid leaching of copper sponge was investigated in this paper. The leaching process was divided into two stage, including atmospheric leaching and autoclave leaching. The primary leaching was operated at ambient temperature and pressure with liquid-solid ratio of 6∶1 and residence time of 1hour, and the Cu extraction rate is about 50%. In the secondary leaching stage, Cu extraction is 99.4% under the following conditions:reaction temperature of 120℃, residence time of 3 hours, rate of liquid to solid 9.5, oxygen partial pressure of 0.4 MPa), and the total Cu extraction rate of the two-stage leaching is 99.7%.
