摘要 硫化铜矿加压浸出具有反应速度快、过程中不产出二氧化硫的优点,适于小规模就地处理,尤其适于地处偏远及硫酸供给困难企业或低品位复杂硫化铜矿的处理。根据反应体系的不同,硫化铜矿加压浸出可分为氨性加压浸出和酸性加压浸出两大类;根据反应温度和压力的不同,酸性加压浸出又可分为高温、中温及低温加压浸出三大类。详细介绍典型工艺技术特点及应用实例,以便读者对铜冶炼加压浸出进行深入了解。加压浸出技术作为火法冶炼技术的有效补充,可推动我国铜冶炼技术进步,促进行业的发展。 Copper sulfide pressure leaching has the advantages of high reaction speed, and no sulfur dioxide discharged during the process, which is suit for small scale on-site treatment, especially for the construction of plants in remote area or where sulfuric acid supply is difficult, and for low-grade complex copper concentrate treat-ment. According to the operation system, the copper concentrate pressure leaching can be divided into the ammonia pressure leaching and the acid pressure leaching. The acid pressure leaching can be divided further into high-tem- perature,medium-temperature and low -temperature pressure leaching according to the reaction temperature and pressure. This paper introduces typical processes and applications of copper sulfide pressure leaching to readers for an enhanced understanding of the technology. As the effective supplements to pyro-metallurgy, the pressure leac-hing can prompt technology advancement of the copper metallurgy, and the development of the copper industry.
