摘要
校企联合人才培养模式是科学技术与高等教育发展到一定程度的必然趋势,具有强大的生命力.当前,在世界范围内掀起了一股校企联合培养人才的热潮.我国校企联合培养在不断的发展过程中,为社会输送了一大批高素质的人才,然而,在校企联合培养教育管理方面,也存在不少问题.针对当前我国校企联合培养在教育管理方面存在的不足,初步探讨了如何加强和改进校企联合培养的教育管理问题.
University-enterprise joint training model is to a certain extent inevitable trend of the development of science and technology and higher education with strong vitality which is popular nowdays. The universityenterprise joint training model in the continuing process of development provides the society a large number of high-quality personnel, however, there are many problems in education and management on university-enterprise joint training classes outside campus. The paper explores how to strengthen and improve education and management on university-enterprise joint training classes outside campus to tackle the existing problems.
