摘要
软件业是“知识经济”时代最典型的代表性行业 ,软件园的建设是促进软件产业发展的一个重要的举措。发展软件业 ,把大连建设成为软件产业国际化示范城市是大连的一个重要发展战略 ,而软件园的建设将是大连实现其发展战略的重要保障。作为中国北方最开放的城市之一 ,大连的软件园建设有其自身的优势 ,但也面临着诸多挑战 ,软件园的创新机制、融资机制、人才战略和政府支持将是影响软件园发展成败的关键。
The software garden is an important factor to guarantee the development of Dalian software industry. The situation of software garden in Dalian is analyzed, the problems about software garden are discussed, and the countermeasures about software garden are brought forward.
