摘要
软件业是“知识经济”时代最典型的代表性行业 ,在发达国家软件业已成为最主要产业部门之一 ,中国已明确提出要把软件业作为 2 1世纪发展的主导产业之一。文章分析了世界和中国软件产业发展的现状和特点 ,论述了中国软件产业发展存在的主要问题与历史机遇 。
Software industrial has become an important one in the modern society, so Chinese government has put forward that the software industrial should become leading industrial in the future. The paper firstly analyzes the situation of software industrial in China, then discusses the problems about software industrial, at last ,the paper brings forward the countermeasures about software industrial in China
