摘要
目的检测EGFR、HER-2、VEGF及IGF-1R在胃癌组织中的表达,同时探讨其表达与胃癌临床病理参数的相关性。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测66例胃癌组织及25例正常胃黏膜组织标本中EGFR、HER-2、VEGF及IGF-1R的表达,比较4种蛋白在胃癌组织与正常胃黏膜组织中的表达差异,并在胃癌组织中就4种蛋白的表达水平与临床病理参数进行相关性分析。结果 EGFR、HER-2、VEGF及IGF-1R在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);除VEGF表达与远处转移相关性无统计学意义外,EGFR、HER-2、VEGF及IGF-1R在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、浸润深度及TNM分期均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 EGFR、HER-2、VEGF及IGF-1R在胃癌组织中表达与肿瘤分化、增殖、转移等临床病理参数密切相关,可能成为判断胃癌预后的标志物。
Objective To detect the expression of EGFR, HER-2, VEGF and IGF-1R in gastric carcinoma tissues, and to explore the correlation between the expression and clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer. Methods Determination of EGFR, HER-2, VEGF and IGF-1R in 66 gastric cancer samples as well as 25 normal gastric mucosa specimens from non- cancer patients was performed by immunohistochemical staining. The expression of 4 kinds of protein in gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues was compared, and the correlation between the expression of proteins and clinical pathological parameters was analysed. Results The positive rates of EGFR, HER-2, VEGF and IGF-1R expression were significantly higher in gastric cancer samples than that in normal mucosa specimens （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Expression of EGFR, HER-2, VEGF and IGF-1R in gastric cancer tissue was closely related with clinical pathological parameters such as differentiation, proliferation, and metastasis. Conclusion EGFR, HER-2, VEGF and IGF-1R expression take part in cancer growth, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and may be markers for judging prognosis of gastric cancer.
