摘要
目的:优选复方芍甘颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:以颗粒的成型率、吸湿率及有效成分保留率为评价指标,采用正交试验法,对浸膏粉与辅料用量比(A)、混合辅料乳糖与糊精比(B)、乙醇浓度(C)、干燥温度(D)因素进行优化。结果:最佳工艺为A1B1C3D3,即浸膏粉与辅料用量比为1∶1、混合辅料乳糖与糊精比例为1∶1、乙醇浓度为70%、干燥温度为80℃。结论:优选的处方工艺可行,可用于复方芍甘颗粒的生产工艺。
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of compound Shaogan granules.Methods:An orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the influencing factors,including the ratio of dry extract to auxiliary materials(A),ratio of lactose to dextrin (B),concentration of ethanol (C) and drying temperature (D) with the granulation,hygroscopicity and retention rate of the effective constituents as the evaluation indices.Results:The optimal technology was A1 B1 C3D3,namely the ratio of dry extract to auxiliary material was 1 ∶ 1,the ratio of lactose to dextrin was 1 ∶ 1,the concentration of ethanol was 70% and the drying temperature was 80℃.Conclusion:The optimized preparation method is feasible,which can be used in the preparation of compound Shaogan granules.
