摘要
实体膨胀管不仅能有效封隔复杂地层,也能保证较大完井尺寸。但实体膨胀管在塔河油田封隔深井侧钻井复杂泥岩井段时,存在井壁失稳、小井眼定向扩孔效果不确定、实体膨胀管膨胀规律及影响因素不明确、二开小井眼定向钻进配套工具不完善,无成功经验可借鉴等施工难点。因此,对其扩孔工具、膨胀规律、二开钻进配套工具等关键技术进行了可行性分析和现场试验,并成功在试验井斜井段实现437m的复杂泥岩封隔。实践表明:实体膨胀管能够满足深井侧钻井的封隔要求,并保证二开小井眼井段的顺利钻进。
Expansion tube not only can effectively packer complex formation, but can also cnsure larger completion size. However, it has many problems about application in Tahe Oilfield,that wellbore instability, slim hole directional reaming uncertainly, expansion law and expansion influ ence factors are not clear,directional drilling tools are not perfect,and there is no successful expe rienee for reference. Thus,studies were carried out for the feasibility of these key technologies, like expansion law and accompanying tools. The practice of 437 m expansion tube was successfully applied in the field,which shows that the expansion tube can efficiently satisfy the requirement of packing complex mudstone in deep sidetracking well.
