Hydraulic expandable tubular patching technology for high angle deviated sanding wells in Jidong Oilfield

摘要 针对出砂斜井的液压膨胀管补贴技术难题,通过对膨胀管补贴失败井进行分析,从地层特性、井筒状况、补贴工具结构、补贴施工操作方法对出砂斜井实施补贴技术的影响等方面入手,分析了影响膨胀管补贴的各种因素,研究得出对于出砂斜井补贴前采用挤水泥阻止地层出砂是关键技术;并针对斜井膨胀阻力大的问题,采用钻杆打压胀管以解决胀头遇卡的情况;同时,对膨胀管补贴技术和补贴工具进行了一系列的改进,解决了出砂斜井膨胀管补贴过程中胀头偏摆和密封悬挂胶皮被刮落的难题。该技术在井斜30°、严重出砂和石子的G308-4井中进行了应用,效果较好。 In view of the difficulties on hydraulic expandable tubular patching technology for high angle deviated sanding wells, the reasons of the expandable tubular patching failure and factors impacting are analyzed, considering the impact of formation property, wellbore status, patching tool, and operating method, on the patching operation for deviated sanding wells. The study results could explain that it is a key technique for deviated sanding wells to squeeze some cement to prevent formation sanding before patching. In order to avoid jamming of expandable tubular patching tools, drill pipe is used to put into the tools. At the same time, the expandable tubular patching technique and tools are improved to resolve the problems of resistance and sealing broken of high angle deviated well. The technique is successfully applied on Well G308-4, with deviation angle of 30 degree and serious sanding problem.
