摘要
Power Drive Archer混合型旋转导向系统是斯伦贝谢公司近年来开发的一款高造斜率、高效率钻井系统。介绍了该系统的基本结构、性能特点。以渤海绥中36-1油田215.9mm井眼为例,在分析地层岩性特征、已钻老井使用钻具性能的基础上,对Power Drive Archer在该油田的适用性做了分析。通过合理的工具参数配置、井眼轨迹优化、钻头选型,成功将该系统应用于绥中36-1油田,解决了疏松砂岩地层的导向钻井难题,并提高了机械钻速。
With a brief description about external structure, the internal composition and working principle of Power Drive Archer,PD Archer is compared with mud motor and other drilling tools in terms of safety,timeliness about Ф215.9 mm borehole in SZ36-10ilfield. With study on parameter configuration,wellbore trajectory optimization, bits selection successfully applied PD Archer in SZ36-1 Oilfield and solved the problem guiding the drilling of unconsolidated sandstone formations. This will give an experience reference for other parts.
