摘要
目的 建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定乳制品中铅含量的方法。方法 样品经直接灰化法后,以硝酸处理未灰化碳粒,最后以盐酸溶解灰分并定容。加入铁氰化钾-盐酸羟胺溶液及硼氢化钾-盐酸溶液,氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定铅含量。探讨盐酸介质、还原剂、氧化剂、盐酸羟胺等因素对测定方法的影响。结果 本法提出的样品处理方法安全、快速。本法检出限为0.07μg/L,相对标准差为1.22%~7.63%,回收率为92.40%~103.20%。结论 本法可用于测定乳制品中铅的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead in dairy products by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods After the samples were treated by direct ashing method,some samples without ashing carbon were treated with nitric acid, dissolved in hydrochloric acid ash and constant volume. Addition of potassium ferricyanide-hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution and potassium borohydride-hydrochloric acid solution. The content of lead was measured by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. This method aimed to explore the effect of hydrochloric acid, reducing agent,oxidizing agent, hydroxylamine hydroehloride and other factors on the determination method. Results This method was safe and rapid. The detection limit was 0.07 μg/L,the RSD was 1.22%-7.63% and the recovery range was 92.40%-103.20%. Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of lead in dairy products.
