空心ZnO微米花材料富集-分光光度法测定Pb(Ⅱ)方法研究

摘要 建立了空心ZnO微米花材料富集-分光光度法测定Pb(Ⅱ)的新方法。在溶液的pH=6.0时,用空心ZnO微米花吸附Pb(Ⅱ),吸附15 min,其吸附率可达到95.44%。用5.0 mL 0.01 mol·L-1NaOH溶液从空心ZnO微米花上洗脱Pb(Ⅱ),其回收率可达到95.34%,即能被定量洗脱。以二甲酚橙为显色剂,用分光光度法测定分离富集后的Pb(Ⅱ),线性范围为0.1~3 000μg·L-1,相关系数R2=0.9989,方法的检出限为0.005μg·L-1。该方法用于环境水样中Pb(Ⅱ)的分析简单快捷。 A novel method was established to detect lead ion by spectrophotometry using hollow ZnO microflowers as the adsorbent for preconcentration.The Pb(Ⅱ)ion was absorbed by the hollow ZnO microflowers from solution at pH=6.0 with an adsorption percentage of 95.44%.The elution percentage of Pb(Ⅱ)ion was 95.34%with 5.0 mL 0.01 mol[DK]·L-1 NaOH solution.The results showed that the prepared hollow ZnO microflowers could effectively separate and enrich lead ions from solution.The determination of lead ions was carried out by spectrophotometry with xylenol orange as the chromogenic reagent.The linear range was 0.1[WT5,7]-3000μg[DK]·L-1,with a correlation coefficient(R2)of 0.9989 and a limit of detection of 0.005μg[DK]·L-1.This work provides a simple and fast approach for the analysis of natural water sample.
