分析了高大厂房的洁净室构造和发尘特点,通过工程实例,介绍了洁净室装修简化和引入舒适性空调大空间的气流组织的设计方法,指出这种方法不仅能够达到万级、十万级洁净度的净化效果,而且能够节约初投资和运行费用。
