摘要
根据项目管理知识体系的九大知识领域及地铁工程项目管理过程中所涉及的因素建立了体现地铁工程项目管理绩效的评价指标体系.采用熵值法确定指标体系中各级指标的权重,在给出的地铁工程项目管理绩效测度的基础上,对各级指标进行多层次灰色评价,建立了熵值法与多层次灰色评价方法相结合的地铁工程项目管理绩效评价模型.利用所建立的评价模型对某大型地铁工程项目管理绩效进行评价,并根据评价结果给出了针对性的改进意见,验证了该评价方法的可行性.
This paper establishes an index system based on the PMBOK（Project Management Body of Knowledge）. This index system could comprehensively achieve metro engineering project management effect. The paper uses the entropy method to determine the weights of the index, and gives the measure of metro project management effect. Then the methods of entropy method and gray theory are combined to establish the evaluation model. Finally, an example of a large metro project is calculated by the model to determine the effect of project management. According to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement with the feasibility of the method verified.
