摘要
目的 观察口炎清颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎的临床疗效.方法 随机将2012年2月至2012年5月于广州市妇女儿童医疗中心口腔科就诊的患有疱疹性龈口炎的90例患儿分成口炎清颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗组和阿昔洛韦对照组,各45例.观察两组临床疗效（口腔溃疡持续天数、发热情况、进食困难程度）及不良反应.结果 总共有78例患儿参与并完成本研究,其中40例是治疗组,38例是对照组.治疗组患儿口腔溃疡持续的时间明显短于对照组,其发热及进食水困难症状消失明显早于对照组.统计学数据结果表明,治疗组与对照组临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但治疗组流涎症状与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 口炎清颗粒与阿昔洛韦联合用药能有效缓解疱疹性龈口炎引起的疼痛,减少溃疡持续天数,是治疗疱疹性龈口炎的一种有效的治疗方法.
OBjective To explore the clinical effect of Kouyanqing combined with acvclovir for herpetic gingivostomatitis.Methods 90 cases with herpetic gingivostomatitis were treated in the department of stomatology of Guangzhou Women and Children＇s Medical Center during February,2012 to May,2012.The patients were randomly divided into a therapeutic group and a control group.45 for each group.The therapeutic group were treated with Kouyanqing and acyclovir,and the control group with acyclovir only.The clinical efficacies and the adverse reactions of these two groups were recorded and compared.Results 78 patients,40 in the therapeutic group and 38 in the control group,diagnosed with herpetic gingivostomatitis completed the study.The oral lesion period was shorter and the fever and eating and drinking difficulties disappeared earlier in the therapeutic group than in the control group,with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）.There was no statistical difference in drooling between the two groups.Conclusions Kouyanqing combined with acyclovir can alleviate the pain caused by herpetic gingivostomatitis and is an effective protocol for herpetic gingivostomatitis.
