摘要
目的观察利巴韦林雾化吸入联合口炎清颗粒治疗疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法选取我科2011年6月—2012年6月收治的100例疱疹性口炎患儿。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组给予利巴韦林雾化吸入联合口炎清颗粒治疗;对照组给予对症治疗。观察两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组退热时间、口腔疱疹消退时间均显著短于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利巴韦林雾化吸入联合口炎清颗粒治疗疱疹性口炎疗程短、见效快、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of inhalation of ribavirin combined with kouyanqing keli in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis.Methods 80cases with herpetic stomatitis treated in our department during June 2011— June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups：observed group and control group,40patients in observed group were trea-ted with inhalation of ribavirin combined with kouyanqing keli,40cases in control group with inhalation of ribavirin.Then the clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions of these two groups were observed.Results The pyretolysis time,mouth-zoster regression time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,The significant efficiency and total efficiency of the observed group were higher than those of the control group with significant differences（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion The treatment of inhalation of ribavirin combined with kouyanqing keli in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis was short lasting,quick,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.
