摘要
免疫组织(IHC)化学染色技术作为科研工作中的常规技术以及病理实验室中的常规技术,它是一门结合了免疫学技术以及免疫学理论的新型技术。由于其具有可以直接定量和定性的来对组织进行观察、定位准确、灵敏度高、特异性强等优点,因此,其应用范围也变得越来越广。现对其进展作一综述。
Immunohistochemistry（IHC） staining technique as a conventional technology in research work and pathology laboratory.
