Biorefinery engineering for Chinese herbal medicines: a review

摘要 目前我国中药产业面临资源紧张、药材利用率低、加工过程浪费严重等问题,究其原因主要是单一药效成分利用、加工转化技术落后所致。针对上述问题,从生物质炼制角度,综述了实现中草药资源高效利用的原料预处理、提取、转化及残渣后处理等4个关键单元操作中主要技术的研究进展,并指出中草药生物质炼制工程发展趋势与前景。 The resource limitation, ineffective utilization and severe waste generated during processing restrict the sustainable development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry. The main reasons lie in insufficient utilization of medicinal components as well as few and outdated technologies. Integration and optimization of serial technologies including pretreatment, extraction, conversion and waste treatment are the keys to solve these issues. In this article, theupdated research progress and technology development Guided by multi-products oriental fractionation refining, relied on advanced refinery technology platforms. of biorefinery engineering for herbal medicines are reviewed. Chinese herbal medicine refinery technical system is constructedrelied on advanced refinery technology platforms.
