摘要
本文分析了英国高水平竞技体育人才培养LTAD模式的认识基础、基本构架、组织管理、资金投入以及对运动员的文化教育,结合我国高水平竞技体育人才培养存在的问题,从顶层设计、组织管理模式、政府公共投资以及运动员的文化教育几个方面提出了我国高水平竞技体育人才培养模式改革的建议。
The principles , organization , management , investment and athlete’ s education of LTAD model of development of elite athlete in UK was analyzed in this paper .Combined with the currency problems of talent development in China ,proposals were provided from the perspective of top -level design ,organization and management ,government’s public investment and athlete’s education to promote the development of talent development in China .
