摘要
高校办高水平运动队是我国高水平竞技体育人才培养体制改革的重要举措,能够丰富我国竞技体育人才的培养方式,为我国由体育大国向体育强国的转变提供保证。本文通过文献资料法,通过对我国高校办高水平运动队的研究,分析我国高校办高水平运动队的优势和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为我国体育竞技人才培养的改革提供有益参考。
University high level sports teams is an important measure of sports talent cultivation of competitive reform, can enrich the development ways of our sports talent, provide a guarantee for China's transformation from sports big country to power country. Through literature, through the office of research on China's high-level college sports teams, colleges and universities to do the analysis of the advantages of high-level sports teams and problems, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a useful reference for the reform of personnel training sports competition.
