摘要
应用PRO/II软件成功地对液体聚丁二烯装置废溶剂二甲苯回收工艺进行了模拟 ,并与小试试验结果进行对比分析 ,从而证明模拟结果是准确可信的 ,并据此确定了废溶剂二甲苯的回收工艺及其再利用方向 :即采用脱轻脱重的双塔精馏流程分离后 ,溶剂二甲苯可循环使用 ;采用单塔脱重工艺处理后 。
In the paper ,the process of dimethyl benzene reclamation in LPB unit has been simulated successfully with PRO/II soft .The result,compared with test,show that the simulation caculation results are accuracy.Bye the results of these ,dimethyl benzene reclaiming process and the product,s reutilization are determined,that is: the product can be reused in LPB unit after two towers rectified and mixed in gasoline after one tower rectified.
