摘要
液体聚丁二烯具有不饱和双键,其乙烯基和官能团具有反应性,固化产物具有良好的耐化学、耐水和耐热性能。对10 kt/a阴离子聚合法液体聚丁二烯装置进行了投资、成本、盈亏平衡、不确定性及敏感性等技术经济指标进行分析,以期为同类装置的投资提供参考。
Liquid polybutadiene has unsaturated double bond, its vinyl and functional group have activity, and its cured product had good performance of chemical resistance, water resistance, humidity resistance, and heat resistance. Analysis was made on techno-economic indicators such as economic benefit,break -even point, uncertainty and sensitivity of the 10 kt/a anionic polymerization process liquid polybutadiene plant,in order to provide reference for investment of similar plants.
