摘要
氧化锑矿通过碱液浸出、滤液净化、净化液氧化得到锑酸钠。试验表明,锑的浸出率为95%~99%,全过程锑的直收率为90%~95%,整个过程在碱性环境中进行,对设备防腐要求不高,过程没有复杂的预处理,所需原料不是有毒有害的物质,碱液循环使用,过程不产生废水,也没有废气产生,废渣无毒无害。
Sodium antimonate was produced from antimony oxidized ore with three process like alkali leaching, filtrate purification and oxidized. The test show that the leaching rate of antimony is 95% - 99% and the recovery is 90% 95%. Whole process is in the alkaline environment, low requirements on equipment corrosion, without complex pretreatment process, required raw material is not poisonous and harmful and sodium hydroxide solution can repeat. The process does not produce waste water and waste gas and waste residue is non-toxic.
