摘要
提出了氨 硫酸铵体系处理湿法炼锌净化钴渣的新工艺 .该工艺首先用铵 氨水溶液浸出烘烤后的钴渣 ,再用锌粉对浸出液净化除杂并进行锌与镉、钴、铜及铜与钴的分离 .在最佳技术条件下 ,金属浸出率 (质量分数 )分别为 :Zn 91.18% ,Cu 96.98% ,Cd 99.3 8% ,Co 89.3 5 % ;净化所得的富钴渣含Co 3 .79% ,富集比达 8.4 ,从这种钴渣中可直接提取钴或钴盐 ;而净化液可直接制取活性锌粉 .氨 硫酸铵法具有原料适应性强 ,设备防腐要求低 ,能常温操作 ,能耗低 ,除杂容易等优点 ,是处理湿法炼锌废渣。
A new process for treating a purified cobalt residue of zinc metallurgy in the ammonia ammonium sulphate system was proposed in this paper. In this process, the cobalt residue after roasting was leached with an AAS solution. Then the leached solution was purified to remove the impurities with zinc powder, and to be carried out separation of Zn and Co from Cu ,of Zn from Co and Cd. And in the condition of the best technical parameters,the metal leaching rates are Zn 91.18%, Cu 96.98%,Cd 99.38% and Co 89.35% respectively. The rich cobalt residue in which the content of Co is 3.79% and 8.4 multiples in the purified residue of hydrometallurgy of zinc may be used as a raw material for extracting high value cobalt or cobalt salt. An active zinc powder may be directly prepared from purifiction solution of Zinc. AAS process has many advantages such as wider source of raw materials,lower demand of equipment anticorrosion,normal temperature operating,low energy conservation, easy remove of impurities and so on. It is a good process for treating waste residue of hydrometallurgy of zinc and comprehensive utilization of value metals.
