摘要
油藏温度是影响高凝油流变性的重要因素。测试了高凝油的黏温曲线、触变环曲线和蠕变-回复曲线;并对其进行了小幅振荡剪切应力扫描和振荡频率扫描,确定了流变性参数。研究表明,高凝油的黏度会随着温度的变化而改变;确定了高凝油体系的线性黏弹性区域,分析了储能模量、耗能模量、损耗角和复合动态黏度随温度的变化规律。总体而言,高凝油表现出正触变性,温度越低,体系触变性越强;不同温度高凝油蠕变阶段产生的变形都因流动而完全损耗,表明了在测试条件下高凝油不具有弹性;其中,52~87℃为有利于高凝油开发的温度区间。
Reservoir temperature is an important factor which can affect high pour point crude' s theological properties. The viscosity-temperature curve, thixotropy loop curve and creep-recovery curve of high pour point crude are tested; small oscillation shear sweep and oscillation frequency sweep are conducted; finally, some of its rheological parameters are set. Studies show that viscosity will change with temperature; linear viscoelasticity scope for high pour point crude are defined; changes of storage modulus, loss modulus, delta, and compound dynamic viscocity with temperature are analyzed. In general, high pour point crude has positive thixotropy, and the lower the temperature, the stronger the thixotropy is; the deformation generated from creep at different temperature are all lost, which shows that high pour point crude has no elasticity; 52℃ ~ 87℃ is suitable for the development of high pour point crude.
