摘要
本文介绍了用线性扫描伏安法以玻碳电极为工作电极测定铅-L-谷氨酸络合物的稳定常数,研究了支持电解质及酸度的影响,在最佳实验条件下,获得了络合物的配位数和累积稳定常数。方法简便,快速准确,有实际意义。
The stability constants of lead-L-glutamic acid complex in aqueous PH 6.5-7.0 solutionscontaining 0.5M NaNO_3 as supporting electrolyte at 25±0.5℃ are determined by linear scan-ning voltammetry. The results obtained are Cβ_1=(1.16±0. 01) ×10~4 and Cβ_2=(3.14±0.03)×10~3.
