摘要
基于 Monte-carlo算法 ,模拟了低能离子作用于生物靶的核阻止本领、入射的径迹和深度、质量能量沉积和溅射 .结果表明 ,单纯用物理方法只能描述离子束作用于生物样品的物理轮廓 。
During the action between low energy ion and the bio-goal,power of the nuclear stopping,trail and the depth of irradiation,depositof energy and mass and spurting are simulated on the base of calculation of Monte-carlo.The resultshows thatphysical simulation can justdescribe the physical graphic of ion bean effect on biological samples.While a thorough description about the original process of ion beam should include the chemical effect.
