低能N^+注入与γ辐射拟南芥生物学效应的生化遗传分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过对N+注入与γ辐射处理后拟南芥(Arabidopsisthaliana)的M1和M2代拟南芥酯酶(EST)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的分析,以及POD和过氧化氢酶(CAT)同工酶电泳图谱的分析发现,离子注入与电离辐射的诱变效应具有可遗传性,并且2种处理的剂量效应关系明显不同, N+注入的注量效应关系呈特有的类“马鞍型”,γ射线辐射的剂量效应关系呈“直线型”,并且2种处理的植株变异率也明显不同.随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)的初步分析表明, 2种处理M1和M2代基因组DNA变异的电泳条带是一致的. Using the M1 and M2 plants Arabidopsis thaliana after being treated with low energy N + implantation and γ radiation as materials, the activities of EST and POD, the electrophoresis profile of isoperoxidase and isocatalase are analysised. The results show that the mutagenic effects of two treatments are inheritable. There is obvious difference between N + implantation and γ radiation on the relationship of dosage and effects, the former presents particular pattern of saddle-like and the latter is the pattern of linearity. The results of primary RAPD analysis show that the variant DNA bands of plant genome are consistent in M1 and M2 generations treated by both γ ray and ion implantation.Additionally, the ratio of individual plant variation between two treatments is also remarkably different.
