摘要
针对某轻型飞机蓄压器活塞胶圈严重磨损造成的液压系统污染问题,分析了污染对液压系统安全的影响以及污染产生的原因。通过改进蓄压器活塞结构,活塞胶圈的磨损显著降低,大大减少了固体污染物的来源,解决了液压系统的污染度偏高的问题,可为其他飞机和民用液压蓄压器的防污染设计提供参考。
According to pollution by the rubber washer of accumulator piston in hydraulic system of one light aircraft, the effect of pollution on hydraulic system safety and that reason causes the problem are analyzed. By improving the structure of accumulator piston, the abrasion of rubber washer is decreased evidently, and the source of solid contamination is reduced largely, besides,the problem of pollution degree over the set level in hydraulic system is solved, and the technical improvement measures provide reference for the design of accumulator.
