摘要
所谓的铁路项目投资控制,从本质上说就是在批准的预算成本下,能够保障工程项目保质按期完成,对项目所消耗的人力资源、物资资源、费用开支进行监督和控制,及时发现项目投资工程中的偏差,把各项工程支出的费用控制在计划投资的范围内,并且做到在目标范围内尽量的降低项目投资的成本,从而实现投资目标,提高建设工程经济效益。
