Study on Dynamic Recrystallization Process of 20CrMo Steel

摘要 利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对抽油杆钢20CrMo连铸坯在变形温度900~1100℃、应变速率0.0015~0.015 s^-1的条件下进行热压缩试验,研究了20CrMo连铸坯高温变形时的动态再结晶行为。计算得出了动态再结晶的变形激活能和再结晶开始时间,建立了Johnson-Mehl-Avrami型动力学方程。 The hot deformation behavior of 20CrMo alloy steel continuous casting billet was investigated by compression testing on Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator. The peak stress, critical stress, peak strain and critical strain of dynamic recrystallization were calculated directly from true stress-true strain curve by using mathematical methods. The dynamical recrystallization behavior of the steel under hot deformation was investigated. The starting time of dynamic recrystallization was discussed and Johnson-Mehl-Avrami type kinetic equation was obtained.
