摘要
目的探讨米索前列醇用于促进宫颈成熟以及引产的效果。方法 84例足月初产妇随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例,对照组静脉滴注催产素引产,观察组应用米索前列醇进行引产。结果观察组的宫颈Bishop评分和引产成功率显著高于对照组,临产时间以及总产程显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组母婴结局无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇可有效促进宫颈成熟,提高引产成功率,对母婴结局无明显影响,值得推广应用。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of misoprostol for cervical ripening and induction of labor. Methods84 cases maternal early enough were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 patients in each group.The control group received intravenous oxytocin for induction of labor, the observation group received misoprostol for induction of labor.ResultsThe Cervix Bishop score of the observation group and induction success rate were signiifcantly higher than the control group, the labor time and total labor were signiifcantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）; the maternal and neonatal outcomes of the two groups had no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）.ConclusionMisoprostol can effectively promote cervical ripening, improve the success rate of labor induction, and has no signiifcant effect on the outcome of mother and child, should be widely applied.
