摘要
随着客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在临床考核评价的兴起和广泛应用,OSCE的优势日益突显。OSCE作为临床综合能力的客观评价方法得到了国内外广大护理学者的认可。本文对国内外OCSE的实施、应用研究进展进行总结并对其优势和局限性进行分析,为OSCE在护理教学中的应用提供参考。
With the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) rising and being widely used in clinical appraisal, OSCE increasingly highlighted its advantages. As an objective evaluation method for the evaluation of clinical comprehensive ability, OSCE has been recognized by the majority of nursing scholars at home and abroad. This paper focuses on reviewing domestic and international literature about OSCE application, analyzes and summarizes the OCSE implementation, application, its advantages and limitations, and provides the application ideas for OSCE clinical examination.
