摘要
面对社会越来越趋向于对传统医学模式的需要,在针灸学科人才培养过程中,往往过于强调针灸专业知识的掌握,而忽视了专业素质的培养与针药结合应用的重要性,为培养新世纪创新型复合型针灸人才,此文提出对于加强针灸专业学生和教师双层次素质与能力培养的新型模式,并为推进针灸专业双层次人才培养模式的进行展开了一些思考。
Facing up the needs of the society more and more trends to traditional medical model,Acupuncture and Moxibustion subject always excessively emphasizes the mastering of the professional knowledge but neglects the importance of specialization quality training and the application of acupuncture and drugs in the course of cultivating talents.To cultivate the 21 century innovative and compound personnel,this paper puts forward the new mode of cultivating the double-level quality and ability training of Acupuncture and Moxibustion major students and teachers,and some thinking mode to promote acupuncture professional talents double-level training.
