摘要
小半径曲线钢轨侧磨是工务工程中普遍存在的问题 ,大量的钢轨磨耗缩短了钢轨使用寿命 ,增加了铁路运营成本。为了延长钢轨使用寿命 ,现场在曲线地段采取钢轨调边使用办法 ,取得了良好的效果。但在实施钢轨调边使用过程中 ,都是凭经验控制调边和下道的时间 ,缺乏根据和可操作性。本文通过曲线钢轨调边使用现状调查、侧磨钢轨强度有限元分析、现场动力试验和磨耗钢轨疲劳试验研究 ,提出了曲线钢轨调边使用技术条件。
Side wear of rail on curves with small radius is a normal phenomenon in railway engineering. A great quantity of rail wear results in decreasing rail life in use and increasing railway transportation costs. In order to extend the rail life in use, rails on curved line are reused by changing sides in practice and good results are obtained. However, in performing reuse of rails by changing sides, when the rails should change sides and when the rails should be stopped in use are usually controlled by experience, and it is short of theoretical basis and operation regularities. In this paper, based on investigating the reuse of rails on curves by changing sides in site, analyzing the strength of side wear rail by finite element method, dynamic tests in site and fatigue experiments for worn rails, the technique criterion for reuse of rails on curved line are presented.
