摘要
科技创新团队是当前高等院校科研力量的中坚,加强其信息需求服务,是发挥图书馆信息服务职能、推动高等院校科研建设的重要所在。在分析当前图书馆学科馆员服务于科技创新团队现状的基础上,基于学科馆员与科研管理人员联合开展学科创新团队信息服务优势的阐述,提出以科研秘书为协调,明确学科馆员的信息服务对象,科研管理人员主导信息服务过程,明确学科馆员的信息服务内容,构建灵活、阶段性的,以需求为导向的和定时的学科馆员信息服务机制,促进、完善学科馆员的信息服务机制。
The science and technology innovation team is the backbone force of scientific research in universities, and strengthening the information service for them is key to make full play of the functions of university libraries and promote the scientific research. Based on the analysis on the status of subject librarian service for science and technology innovation team, the paper discusses the advantages of the services together provided by the librarians and research management personnel, proposes a servica process that takes research secretary as the coordinator, and has a definite service object, and is oriented by research management personnel, then introduces the contents of information service, and finally constructs a flexible, need-oriented and timing information service mechanism, aiming at promoting and perfecting subject librarians＇ service.
